N. Ryan Paglia
Owner + Operator
Ryan founded Precision Coatings Unlimited© (PCU) in 2010. Previously, he worked in sales for the largest automotive reconditioning company in the world, Dent Wizard International. Ryan formed PCU to achieve a higher level of customer service and quality workmanship — two aspects of the business that are often overlooked by larger corporations.
Ryan was raised in New Jersey with aspirations of becoming a lawyer, but a year into his law degree, he decided that his entrepreneurial interests could not wait. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from New Paltz, State University of New York.
Today, with a vision to expand operations at PCU and set new standards in the industry, Ryan focuses on building strong customer relationships, investing in cutting-edge technology, and fostering a skilled and motivated team.
Ryan currently resides in Tampa, Florida, where he enjoys working out, reading, staying active, and anything to do with animals.
Anthony Procaccino
General Manager (VA)
With a strong foundation in both technical expertise and leadership, Anthony brings nearly two decades of experience to his role as General Manager (VA) at Precision Coatings Unlimited© (PCU). His career began in automotive painting at Mannheim Auto Auctions, where he honed his skills in delivering exceptional craftsmanship and attention to detail. Later, he joined Dent Wizard International where he expanded his expertise to include team management, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Today, Anthony is passionate about mentoring his team and ensuring every vehicle leaves the shop looking its best. Under his leadership, PCU thrives as a trusted destination for quality auto body work in Virginia.
From fitness to fishing to coaching kids’ sports, Anthony's at his best in the great outdoors. He currently resides with his wife of 13 years, two kids, and two English Bull Mastiffs in their Virginia home.
Marie Cali
Director, Sales & Customer Relations
An innovative advocate for customers and strategic partnerships, Marie brings over 20 years of experience to Precision Coatings Unlimited© (PCU). Throughout her career, she has developed a reputation for providing value, achieving results, and fostering key B2B relationships with some of the fastest growing global companies. By strengthening established relationships and forging new business connections throughout Florida and Virginia, Marie elevates PCU’s commitment to cultivating partnerships, enhancing customer service excellence, and driving operational efficiency.
Marie joined PCU to share her passion for customer advocacy and business development while ensuring the highest standards of quality and service are exceeded. She holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in English and Psychology with a certification in Special Education from Mount St. Mary’s College in Newburgh, New York
Marie splits her time residing in both Tampa, Florida and Ashburn, Virginia.
Nick Paglia
Director of Operations
As the Director of Operations at Precision Coatings Unlimited© (PCU), Nick is responsible for overseeing the success of our Florida and Virginia locations. During his 20-year Air Force career, Nick was able to earn several degrees including a Master’s of Aeronautical Science from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
Upon retirement from the Air Force, Nick pivoted to the automotive industry, landing at Dent Wizard International — the largest automotive reconditioning company in the world. During his time at Dent Wizard, Nick's responsibilities grew steadily to include oversight of the western region of the United States.
In 2024, Nick joined PCU to align daily operations with strategic goals, ensuring that all locations operate as a cohesive, high-performing unit that delivers exceptional value to customers.
Nick raised his family in the northeast, but now resides in Tampa, Florida with his wife of 40 years, Kathleen. Together they enjoy off-roading, boating, and day trips.
Debby Haddad
Director, Finance & Human Resources
Debby is a seasoned professional with a dual focus on Finance and Human Resources, bringing a wealth of knowledge and more than 15 years of experience to Precision Coatings Unlimited© (PCU). With a strong background in both disciplines, she effectively bridges the gap between financial management and employee engagement, ensuring that both aspects of the business work in harmony.
In the realm of finance, Debby excels in strategic financial planning and analysis, enabling PCU to make informed decisions that drive growth and sustainability. In addition to overseeing these critical functions, she also ensures the smooth operation of key administrative processes, including payroll management and accounts payable. On the HR side, Debby is committed to fostering a positive workplace culture at PCU by implementing effective HR strategies that support talent acquisition, employee development, and retention.
Outside of her professional pursuits, Debby is a proud resident of Virginia. She enjoys a fulfilling family life with her husband, their daughter, twin sons, and their beloved pitbull, Cassius.
